DUNSFOLD PARISH COUNCIL
Dunsfold Parish Council is an elected statutory body under the Local Government Acts which:
The Council meets in public at least every two months, the Commons Committee preceding the Parish Council meeting. Recently the Council has been meeting monthly, generally when planning or other urgent matters need to be considered.
The Council gives notice of its meetings on the Village Notice Board. These are usually on a Thursday starting at 7.30pm in the Nugent Room. Time is set aside at each meeting to receive questions from the General Public, generally at about 8.30pm.
The Annual Parish Assembly is usually held in May in the Winn Hall.
The Council consists of seven members elected for a four year period in accordance with Local Government procedures. The current four year period ends in May 2019 when there will another election.
